There was exactly one big tourist attraction I was adamant that we had to visit during my time in New Zealand, and that was the only movie set from The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit-movies.
I'm not usually a fan of guided tours and "tourist traps", but some times you make esceptions and I have to admit that Hobbiton Tours delivered. And yes. The "No Admittance except on party business"-sign that hangs outside Bilbo's door came home with me from the souvenir shop and now hangs on my office door :)
